Our first stop will be Chinchero. We will visit the Chinchero Archaeological Park, which houses the palace of Túpac Yupanqui.

In the town, we will also see the famous Colonial Church of Chinchero and the Church of Our Lady of the Nativity, two impressive examples of traditional Spanish architecture.

Continuing our tour, our second stop will be the Moray Agricultural Research Center. The Sacred Valley of the Incas possesses a treasure of agricultural engineering, discovered just over 90 years ago; this place continues to be of interest to researchers.

The site consists of agricultural terraces built into giant natural depressions or hollows. These terraces are stacked concentrically, forming a gigantic amphitheater.

There are three circular complexes, ranging from 150 meters deep to an average terrace height of 1.80 meters, where nearly 20 different microclimates have been identified.

The site is divided into groups of four terraces, each with different temperatures, altitudes, and characteristics. The first four terraces have a more humid climate with temperatures around 0°C. The next four have warmer temperatures, with a difference of up to 3°C. The last four terraces have varying temperatures due to sun exposure and the changing seasons.

Next, we visited the Maras Salt Mines, located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. These are more than 3,000 salt ponds of pre-Hispanic origin, still operated using traditional methods of solar evaporation. At 3,200 meters above sea level, this hypersaline spring produces mineral-rich pink salt. It is a prominent tourist attraction that maintains ancestral traditions of community management.

Our next stop will be the town of Urubamba, where we'll have a buffet lunch.

Continuing with our tour, we arrive at our fourth destination: the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, also known as the Inca Fortress. This ancient city was built with pink granite rocks, making it a magical place for group photos. The guide will explain how the Incas managed to transport the enormous stones, some weighing up to 100 tons. The heaviest pieces were used in the construction of the Temple of the Sun, which you'll be able to see and photograph.

We'll then arrive at our final attraction: the archaeological site of Pisac, a magnificent example of Inca architecture and engineering. We'll have a guided tour of the archaeological site, and afterward, we'll head to the town of Pisac, where we'll visit the artisan market, where you can buy souvenirs and gifts to take home.

After our tour of Pisac, we'll return to the city of Cusco.
